    Stocks to Watch

    RBL Bank

    Mahindra and Mahindra is likely to sell its entire 3.45% stake in the bank, with the block size likely at $78 million (Rs 682 crore) and a floor price of Rs 317 per share, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources.

    Tata Consultancy Services

    The IT services, consulting, and business solutions company has expanded its 18-year partnership with ABB to modernize ABB’s global hosting operations, simplify its IT landscape, and strengthen its digital foundation to drive resilience and innovation.

    Adani Energy Solutions

    The company has signed an agreement with RSWM for the supply of 60 MW of renewable energy to RSWM’s multiple plant locations. RSWM invested Rs 60 crore under the Group Captive Scheme with a renewable generation company (genco) for the supply of 31.53 crore units of green power per annum to its manufacturing facilities across Rajasthan. With this addition, the contribution of renewable energy in RSWM’s total energy requirement will rise from the current 33% to 70% in the near future (two-thirds of its total energy mix).

    Zydus Lifesciences

    The company has received an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the USFDA (US Food and Drug Administration) for its manufacturing facility in SEZ II, Ahmedabad.

    The USFDA conducted an inspection at the group’s manufacturing plant during August 11-14, 2025. The inspection was a Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI). The USFDA has concluded this inspection as closed, with no observations. The EIR has classified the facility as No Action Indicated (NAI).

    Marksans Pharma

    The company's wholly owned subsidiary, Relonchem in the UK, has received marketing authorization for its product Exemestane 25mg film-coated tablets from the UK MHRA. Exemestane tablets are used to treat hormone-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women.

    Force Motors

    The company reported total sales of 2,835 units in the month of October, growing 32.1% compared to 2,146 units sold in the same month last year.

    Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Company

    The Board has approved the appointment of Manoj Kumar Das, IAS, as Director and Chairman of the company.

    Stallion India Fluorochemicals

    Promoter Shazad Sheriar Rustomji sold 8.08 lakh shares (equivalent to 1.01% of paid-up equity) in Stallion India at Rs 247.65 per share, valued at Rs 20.01 crore. The total promoters' shareholding in the company was 67.9 percent as of September 2025.

    However, Savita Jayesh Shah acquired 4.04 lakh shares (0.5% stake), and Jayeshbhai Nagindas Shah bought 4.04 lakh shares (0.5% stake) in Stallion India at Rs 247.65 per share.

    AAA Technologies

    Promoter Anjay Ratanlal Agarwal sold 1 lakh shares in the information technology and cyber security auditing and consulting company at Rs 93.1 per share for a total of Rs 93.1 lakh to Nautilus.
