Actors Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal welcomed their first child, a baby boy on November 7. The couple is over the moon as they announced the birth of their first child.
The news, which fans across the country had been eagerly waiting for, was shared by Vicky on Instagram in the most heartfelt way. In a joint post with Katrina, he captioned it “Blessed”, letting the joy of the moment speak for itself.
The shared image carried a warm message that read:
“Our bundle of joy has arrived.

Their journey into parenthood has been a closely followed one. On 23rd September, the couple announced they were expecting their first child, describing it as “the best chapter of our lives.”
The post included a tender moment of Vicky lovingly holding Katrina’s baby bump, alongside the caption:
“On our way to start the best chapter of our lives with hearts full of joy and gratitude (sic).”
The post immediately went viral, melting hearts everywhere and giving fans a rare, intimate glimpse into their personal world.
However, the months leading up to the birth were not entirely smooth. Earlier this week, outrage erupted online when a media portal shared unauthorised photographs of Katrina standing on her balcony, with a caption that read, “Exclusive: Katrina Kaif steps out in her balcony while she nears her delivery date.”
The move sparked widespread criticism for violating her privacy.
Actor Sonakshi Sinha was among the first to call out the invasion of privacy, posting,
“What is wrong with you’ll???? Photographing a woman in her own home without consent and publishing it on a public platform???? You’ll are nothing less than criminals. Shameful.”
The backlash was swift and strong, forcing the outlet to take down the post soon after.
Despite the noise, Vicky and Katrina have continued to handle fame with their usual calm and grace.
