    Tata Motors

    Tata Motors (formerly known as TML Commercial Vehicles) is set to list on the BSE and NSE on November 12 following the implementation of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement.

    Alkem Laboratories

    The German Health Authority conducted an EU GMP inspection at the company’s manufacturing facility in Baddi during November 4–10, which concluded with no critical or major observations.

    Britannia Industries

    Varun Berry has resigned as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective November 10.

    The Board has appointed Rakshit Hargave as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective December 15. In the interim, N. Venkataraman, currently the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, will hold additional charge as Chief Executive Officer until Rakshit Hargave assumes office.

    Dr Reddy’s Laboratories

    Jayanth Sridhar has resigned as Global Head of Biologics, effective January 31, 2026, to pursue aspirations outside the company.

    Glenmark Pharmaceuticals

    The National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China has approved the company’s RYALTRIS Compound Nasal Spray (GSP 301 NS), which is used for the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis (AR) in adults and children.

    Block Deals

    Kaynes Technology India

    Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE-ODI sold 67,702 equity shares (equivalent to 0.1% of paid-up equity) in Kaynes at Rs 6,498 per share, valuing the transaction at Rs 44 crore.

    However, Bluepearl Map I LP acquired 65,241 equity shares at the same price for Rs 42.4 crore, while Kadensa Master Fund bought 2,461 equity shares at the same price for Rs 1.6 crore.

    Bulk Deals

    AAA Technologies

    Nautilus Private Capital acquired an additional 3.7 lakh shares (representing a 2.88% stake) in AAA Technologies at Rs 89.7 per share, amounting to Rs 3.3 crore, from promoter Anjay Ratanlal Agarwal.

    Promoter Anjay Ratanlal Agarwal has offloaded a 7.79% stake in the current quarter, while Anjay and other promoters, in total, have sold 19.92% stake in AAA Technologies since the start of October, compared with their total shareholding of 63.93 percent as of September 2025.
