Every single year, like clockwork, dozens of students from this village succeed in the tough IIT JEE exams. What makes this story special isn't just the success, but how it is achieved.

This incredible mission is led by an organization called Vriksha Sanstha, which ensures that every child, whether from a weaver’s family or any modest background, gets a fair shot at their biggest dreams.

This year, the village celebrated another magnificent success. Out of 45 students who cleared the JEE Main exam, 38 qualified for the even tougher JEE Advanced. Many of them scored in the top 10% of the country.

But what is the real magic behind this success? It’s a beautiful cycle of learning and giving back. The preparation system here is unique. Senior students, who have already walked the path, turn into mentors for their juniors. If a junior faces a problem, they seek guidance from the batch above them. This creates an unbroken chain of knowledge and support, where everyone lifts each other up. It’s education built on the foundation of community.

The story of this transformation began with a single spark. In 1991, a young man named Jitendra Patwa became the first from the village to enter an IIT. His success planted a seed. He now lives abroad but has not forgotten his roots. Through his NGO, he and other IIT graduates support Vriksha Sanstha, fueling this cycle of change.

The organization uses a smart model of digital classrooms and a dedicated library. Expert teachers from cities like Delhi and Mumbai connect with students online. A dedicated team constantly monitors the students' progress, ensuring no one is left behind. The result is a perfect blend of modern technology and old-fashioned community spirit.
