Sharvari Wagh secures top spot on IMDb’s popular Indian celebrities list after Munjya and Maharaj's success; says, "I want to become one of the best actresses in my country"

Sharvari played the role of Bela in her latest horror-comedy Munjya.

Bollywood's rising star, Sharvari Wagh, has soared to the top of IMDb's Popular Indian Celebrities list. This impressive feat comes on the heels of her captivating performance as Bela in the horror-comedy "Munjya" and her scene-stealing special appearance in "Maharaj."

Sharvari's success extends beyond her performance. Her co-stars from "Maharaj" also saw a surge in popularity. Shalini Pandey (Kishori) landed the 5th spot, Jaideep Ahlawat (Jadunath Maharaj) secured the 10th position, and Junaid Khan (Karsandas) rose to 12th place.

Commenting on her latest achievement, Sharvari said, “I’m at a loss for words with how this year has shaped up for me. “ I’m grateful for all the love that’s coming my way for Munjya which is now on the brink of entering the 100 Crore Club and also for my special appearance in Maharaj. The sci-fi film "Kalki 2898 AD" has also generated significant buzz. Deepika Padukone sits at number 2, while Disha Patani follows closely at number 4. Director Nag Ashwin occupies the 7th spot, with the legendary actors Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan coming in at 8th, 15th, and 19th positions respectively.

Jitendra Kumar, who rose to popularity after his performance in the series Kota Factory, has secured the 14th position whereas his co-stars Urvi Singh, Ahsaas Channa and Revathi Pillai follow closely behind at 22nd, 28th and 38th place respectively.
