The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has issued an adverse ruling and confirmed the District Court decision on damages amounting to $194 million in the suit filed by Computer Sciences Corporation/DXC Technology Company. However, the Court has vacated the previously granted injunction and directed the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, to reassess the injunction order based on the directions of the Appeals Court.
The company is evaluating various options, including review and appeal before the appropriate courts, and intends to vigorously defend its position.
Rail Vikas Nigam has emerged as the lowest bidder for a project worth Rs 180.8 crore from North Eastern Railway. The project involves design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of OHE modification and feeder wire work of the 2x25 kV traction system for capacity upgradation of the UTR-MWP section (184 RKM/368 TKM) in the Lucknow division of Northern Railway.
The company has signed commercial agreements with Druk Green Power Corporation for the implementation of the 1,125 MW Dorjilung Hydroelectric Power Project in Bhutan. The company has committed Rs 1,572 crore of equity investment in the project.
HG Infra Engineering, Kalpataru Projects International
The company, jointly with Kalpataru Projects International, has been declared the L-1 bidder by the Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation in a joint venture bidding process. HG Infra has a 40% share and Kalpataru Projects International has a 60% share in the joint venture for the Metro Rail project worth Rs 1,415 crore.
The project involves the design and construction of an elevated metro viaduct between UG Ramp and Balkum Naka, including the Depot Approach Viaduct and three special spans for the Thane Integral Ring Metro Project.
The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted an inspection at the API manufacturing plant in Manali, Chennai, during November 17–21 and concluded with seven observations in the Form 483.
The company believes that the observations are procedural in nature.

The US FDA has completed its 10-day inspection at the company's Unit IV in Jadcherla, Telangana, and issued a Form 483 with eight inspectional observations. None of them has been categorised as a repeat observation.
This facility is capable of manufacturing, packaging, testing, storage, and distribution of sterile injectables, oral tablets, and capsules, and supplies to the US, Europe, and other markets across the globe. The unit is approved by major regulators such as EMA (Europe), Health Canada, Anvisa (Brazil), and TGA (Australia).
Housing & Urban Development Corporation
Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IDFC Foundation. The collaboration aims at strengthening technical, financial, and leadership capacities across urban institutions, and providing training and technical support for the implementation of national urban programmes/schemes and HUDCO’s Urban Invest Window (UiWIN).
As per a report by NDTV Profit, apart from Oaktree Capital and Fairfax, Kotak Mahindra Bank has also joined the race for the stake sale of the bank. However, it should be noted that Kotak Mahindra Bank has not officially confirmed or denied the development. Moneycontrol cannot independently verify the report.
The Board has approved an investment of Rs 135 crore towards expansion of dense soda ash manufacturing capacity at its plant in Mithapur, and Rs 775 crore towards expansion of precipitated silica manufacturing capacity at its plant in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.
Southern Railway, Chennai Division, under Indian Railways, has approved the commissioning of the Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal developed by Sical Multimodal and Rail Transport, a material subsidiary of Sical Logistics.
This development is expected to substantially enhance the company’s logistics capabilities and contribute significantly to its long-term revenue growth.
The company has received the allocation of maximum permissible annual production (MPAP) for its mining lease from the Monitoring Committee constituted by the Supreme Court.
The MPAP of iron ore, after pro-rata adjustment for the balance five months in FY 2025–26, will be 0.03708 MTPA, and the MPAP of manganese ore for FY 2025–26 is enhanced from 0.032 MTPA to 0.03908 MTPA (an increase of 0.00708 MTPA).
Samavardhana Motherson International
The Finanzamt Karlsruhe authority has imposed a penalty of EUR 56,319 (approximately Rs 57.7 lakh) on Motherson Sequencing and Assembly Services Global Group GmbH, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International, for delayed payment of VAT and payroll taxes for September 2025.
The technology company specialising in AI-enabled governance and enterprise automation solutions has entered into a strategic partnership worth $3 million with Ajnihat Alnajah Group LLC, a Saudi-based enterprise and digital transformation solutions provider.
The company has signed a new property, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The property will be managed by the company’s subsidiary Carnation Hotels.
Bulk Deals
Promoter entity Adani Commodities LLP, which held a 20% stake in AWL Agri Business (formerly Adani Wilmar) as of September 2025, sold 3.94 crore shares at Rs 275.09 per share and 5.15 crore shares at Rs 275 per share, totalling a 7% stake valued at Rs 2,502.2 crore.
Aditya Kumar Halwasiya picked up 38 lakh shares (equivalent to 1% of paid-up equity) at Rs 185.87 per share for Rs 70.63 crore.
Block Deals
Promoter entity Max Ventures Investment Holdings reduced its stake in Max Financial Services to 1.16%, from 1.62% at the end of September 2025, after selling 0.46% via block deals to multiple investors.
Max Ventures Investment Holdings sold 16 lakh shares (equivalent to 0.46% of paid-up equity) at Rs 1,681 per share, valued at Rs 268.96 crore, to seven institutional investors, including Morgan Stanley, Viridian Asia Opportunities Master Fund, Tata Mutual Fund, Alphagrep Investment Management, and WhiteOak Capital MF.
BofA Securities Europe SA bought 3.52 lakh shares of Reliance Industries at Rs 1,534 per share for Rs 54.01 crore from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE – ODI.
BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 35 lakh shares of Sagility at Rs 48.23 per share for Rs 16.88 crore from Integrated Core Strategies (Asia).
