What kind of rumours on mergers. Guys it can not be ad hoc decisions to merge banks. It requires lots of preparations. Even the merger happens before that lots of preparations should happen for smooth merging process seeing all pro and cons. Then only Finance minister can declare and it can not be in random decisions. Till then you will get NO reply from all concerned form Government. Its the committee formed it will make study and submit report. Its a long long process. Dont bring any such news to create moves. Without merger Union Bank must reach above 250 in short term.. If Bandhan Bank with EPS just 11.00 and negative growth over Year can move to 190. What is the problem Union Bank to move to 250. ll are blind on low pE of PSU Banks and creating fuss saying all over valued now. Its private Banks fund houses creating all news for their benefits in PSU Banks as promoter in this sector which is Government is a non trading entity and can not come and defend in the market like private banks View more
