Senco at these levels looks a bit over valued. Its EBIT margins are only a pithy 7 percent as compared to 11 percent ebit margins posted by Tanishq from Titan. But even Tanishq international business operates on a mere 2 percent EBIT margins. Too many competitors here. No revenue growth for senco gold. Looks like price is just fairly priced. Price of Senco may rise up a mere 4 percent and also come down to 305 levels. But then again looking at Titan Eyewear business and mcap of Lenskart actually makes me wonder any business can be given any valuation amidst much fanfare. Senco was 1400 before split and after split was at 700, so a fair valuation at 350 is fine. But then that is the end of it for now until revenue improves or margins are better. View more
