Despite the comfort and benefits it offers, modern lifestyle takes a toll on your health. From lack of sleep, to excessive screen time and sedentary choices, your habits are wearing you down. Following simple Ayurvedic rituals can help you stay in good shape.
Ayurveda isn’t about strict routines or complicated rituals. Dr Mandeep Singh Basu, Director, Dr Basu Eye Care Centre. explains. “It’s about simple, daily habits that restore balance to your body and mind, and help you navigate modern life more healthily,” he tells Moneycontrol.
Dr Basu informs that following certain ayurvedic habits is not about perfection but consistency. “Even small, daily efforts can help reduce the long-term effects of modern lifestyle stressors. Ayurveda reminds us that health is a balance of body, mind, and environment," he says.
