    Stocks to Watch

    Saatvik Green Energy

    The company has received an order worth Rs 488 crore from renowned independent power producers/EPCs for the supply of solar PV modules.

    In addition, its subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries, has received an order worth Rs 219.62 crore from three renowned independent power producers/EPCs for the supply of solar PV modules.

    Anant Raj

    The company has opened its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) issue on October 7 with a floor price of Rs 695.83 per share.

    Container Corporation of India

    CONCOR has entered into a strategic agreement with UltraTech Cement to transport bulk cement using specialized tank containers.

    Lloyds Metals and Energy

    The Competition Commission of India has approved the acquisition of a 49.99% stake in Thriveni Pellets by Lloyds Metals and Energy.

    IRB Infrastructure Developers

    The company has announced toll collections of Rs 556.7 crore for the month of September, marking an 11% increase from Rs 501.8 crore in the same month last year.

    Associated Alcohols & Breweries

    After obtaining an SL-1 license from the Excise Department, the company has started the manufacture, processing, and maturation of malt spirits at its Barwaha facility.

    KPIT Technologies

    The company, through its wholly owned subsidiary KPIT Technologies (UK), has acquired a further stake of 62.9%, taking the total KPIT Group shareholding in N-Dream to 88.9% for EUR 16.35 million. As a result, N-Dream has become a step-down subsidiary of the company.

    Nila Infrastructures

    The company has received a Letter of Intent from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for slum rehabilitation work. The total development cost of the project is Rs 105.02 crore.

    Block Deals

    Shaily Engineering Plastics

    Lighthouse India Fund III sold 13,33,155 equity shares (equivalent to a 2.9% stake) in Shaily at Rs 2,134 per share for Rs 284.5 crore. As of June 2025, Lighthouse India Fund held a 4.27% stake in Shaily.

    On the other hand, 10 investors — Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Stallion Asset, BofA Securities Europe SA, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (Way), 360 ONE, Subhkam Ventures, Societe Generale, Samyak Enterprises, Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, and Trust Mutual Fund — bought the entire 2.9% stake sold in Shaily by Lighthouse India.

    Bulk Deals

    Eimco Elecon (India)

    Kedia Securities, owned by Vijay Kedia, has bought 57,441 equity shares (nearly a 1% stake) in Eimco Elecon at Rs 1,906.71 per share, amounting to Rs 10.95 crore.
