Indian businessman Vivek Kumar Rungta gifted his son a Lamborghini Huracan STO on his 18th birthday. The lavish gift was presented to Tarush Rungta back in March, but a video of the youngster with his new sports car has started going viral online only recently.

Vivek Kumar Rungta, the UAE-based businessman behind VKR Group, spent upwards of Rs 5 crore on the Lamborghini Huracan STO.

In footage shared by 18-year-old Tarush on Instagram, the father-son duo was seen entering the Lamborghini dealership in the UAE with other family members. At the dealership, they unveiled the super sports car in the colour Giallo Belenus. The family was presented with keys to the sparkling new car and cut a cake at the dealership before driving out.

Tarush shared a note of thanks for his father on March 4. “Overflowing love and gratitude to my amazing dad for making my 18th birthday beyond magical with the gift of my dream car! Your love and support mean everything to me,” he wrote. The 18-year-old’s Instagram bio also describes him as a “Lamborghini enthusiast” who is “just thinking about cars.”

It appears as if both father and son share a love for cars. Vivek Kumar Rungta’s own Instagram account shows the various luxury vehicles in his garage. In December 2023, he gave himself a Hummer as a birthday gift.

Meanwhile, footage of Rungta’s lavish birthday gift to his son was shared on X recently, where it has collected 2.3 million views.
