Sushmita Sen proves she’s a true diva in monochrome and pearls

Sushmita Sen may make rare public appearances, but when she does, it’s always with her signature, unmatched style. She recently attended her friend Neeta Lulla’s fashion show in Mumbai and opted for a timeless look in monochrome and pearls.

The actress joyfully posed for the cameras in a white satin blouse paired with black wide-legged trousers. The shirt featured long sleeves and a V-neckline adorned with layers of pearl strings, making her look every bit the diva.

She completed her classic ensemble with a solid solitaire ring and a black clutch. Her makeup was as radiant as her cheery self — a flawless base highlighted with flushed red cheeks and a red lipstick. Her hair was beautifully styled in soft curls.

In her caption, Sushmita showered praise on Neeta for putting up a fabulous show and dressing her spectacularly.

She added, “An amazing night with happy people!! So proud of you & your glorious 4 decades of excellence @houseofneetalulla. A toast to many more! I love you guys! #duggadugga #theressomethingaboutyourlove.”

Sushmita was accompanied by her daughters, Renee and Alisah, who were just as thrilled to be part of the special evening. The trio had recently worn Neeta Lulla creations at a family wedding.

Starting with Sushmita, the actress looked stunning in a multi-hued sequined saree paired with a striking purple blouse. Her multi-coloured pearl jewellery beautifully complemented the ensemble.

Her elder daughter sparkled in a red lehenga styled with a matching blouse and a traditionally draped dupatta featuring an embroidered border. Her contemporary gold jewellery added a touch of elegance.
