Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan has made a significant investment by purchasing two floors in a South Delhi building for Rs 37 Crore according to reports. The property was previously owned by his parents Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan.
As per the Economic Times, the young star in the making bought the property in Delhi’s Panchsheel Park, where Shah Rukh Khan owns the ground floor and basement. This move signifies a strong bond with the city where his parents' journey began.
The transaction, registered in May 2024, saw Aryan pay Rs 2.64 crore in stamp duty.
Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan's history with the building runs deep. It was their early abode, a place holding significant sentimental value for the couple.
