Sonam stunned the evening look in a specially designed AK|OK ensemble that perfectly captured her signature blend of sophistication and glam.

Bollywood’s undisputed fashion icon, Sonam Kapoor, stole the spotlight once again at London Fashion Week 2025 on Monday when she attended designer Anamika Khanna’s AK|OK showcase.

Sonam made sure to attend the event in order to support one of her best friends as Khanna unveiled her Spring 2026 collection.

Sonam stunned the evening look in a specially designed AK|OK ensemble that perfectly captured her signature blend of sophistication and glam.

Sonam demonstrated a perfect blend of fashion, art, and cultural storytelling when she attended the event wearing a breathtaking Erdem gown adorned with incredible designs depicting the Godawan, or Great Indian Bustard.

She accessorised it with a custom asymmetrical tailored coat embroidered with delicate silver thread, further enhancing the grandeur of her ensemble.

The ensemble was complemented by a jeweled pin and an oval embroidered clutch that gave the entire aesthetic undeniable charm and a subtle hook to what would be an otherwise simple outfit. It was one of those rare looks that created a vague sense of power yet grace — a tricky confluence that only Sonam can carry so seamlessly.

The show, much like the bright coat, felt like the perfect setting for Sonam, who has been such a supporter of marrying heritage with modern sensibility.
