New footage of the man who attacked Saif Ali Khan during a robbery at his home has emerged, as the search for him continues into the third day. One of the images shows him wearing a yellow shirt, though it remains uncertain whether it was taken before or after the attack.

As per latest reports, CCTV later captured him purchasing a headphone from a store in Dadar around 9 am, approximately six hours after the assault. This new sighting marks the fourth set of visuals released since the attack at Satguru Sharan, the 12-story building where Saif Ali Khan resides with his wife, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, and their children, Taimur and Jehangir. Initially, the intruder was captured climbing the stairs towards Saif’s floor, and later, footage showed him fleeing the scene.

Later that day, the intruder was seen at Bandra railway station wearing a fresh set of clothes—a blue shirt. He was later spotted in the same attire at a mobile store in Dadar. Authorities suspect he may have boarded a train from Bandra station to evade capture.

Another CCTV footage, reportedly captured days before the attack, shows the suspected intruder arranging footwear on a shoe rack. However, his exact intentions in the video remain unclear.

Saif Ali Khan suffered six injuries, including a critical wound near his spine, while attempting to defend himself against the intruder in the early hours of Thursday. He was immediately taken to Lilavati Hospital, where an emergency surgery proved to be life-saving. According to doctors, he is now recovering well and is expected to be discharged by Monday.

Investigators suspect the attacker to be a "hardened criminal" after uncovering his strategic attempts to evade identification. Initial CCTV footage from Saif Ali Khan's building captured him in a dark, full-sleeve T-shirt, but later, cameras near Lucky Junction recorded him wearing a light blue half-sleeve shirt, indicating a calculated effort to avoid recognition.

Further analysis of his movements suggests he was well-acquainted with the building’s structure. Police believe he gained access by climbing through a narrow bathroom shaft leading to the 11th floor. After attacking Saif and narrowly escaping a confrontation with his family, the intruder used the same route to flee, successfully avoiding capture.

Mumbai Police had also detained a carpenter on Friday morning for questioning after noticing his resemblance to the intruder involved in the attack on Saif Ali Khan. He was taken to the Bandra Police Station but was later released after verification.
