The shooting of the film is set to begin on August 24 in Hyderabad, with anticipation running high. While the official announcement for the female lead is expected soon, industry whispers suggest that Mrunal Thakur could be taking on the role opposite Prabhas. The film is reported to be set in the pre-independence era, a period rarely explored in recent cinema, adding a historical intrigue to the action-packed drama.

As for the film's storyline, Fauji is rumored to feature Prabhas portraying a soldier in the British Army, a role that promises both emotional depth and high-octane action. Produced on a record-breaking budget by Mythri Movie Makers, the movie is slated for a late 2025 release, setting high expectations for a cinematic experience. The music for the film is composed by Vishal Chandrasekhar, who has reportedly completed three songs, adding to the film’s growing anticipation.
