The first pictures of Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita Maa from Nitesh Tiwari's much-talked-about epic saga 'Ramayana' have been leaked online. The photos of Ranbir and Sita shooting a garden sequence from the movie have gone viral online.

In the pictures, Ranbir Kapoor sports long tresses like Lord Ram, and he is wearing traditional attire—a silk dhoti and stole—as Ayodhya's Prince, whereas Sai Pallavi is seen in a maroon lehenga with a dupatta on her head. Her jewellery is simple, and she can be seen adoring a bindi on her forehead and a simple maang tika. They both look good in the stills.

A few days ago, it was reported that Nitesh Tiwari had made a rule to not allow mobile phones on the sets of 'Ramayana' and also restrict the entry of staff on the sets. But these leaked images have made their fans happy.

Ranbir and Sai are working for the first time together on screen.

Earlier, there were reports that Ranbir Kapoor was also following a strict vegetarian diet for his role as Lord Ram. His videos show him undergoing a strict fitness regime ahead of the shoot. Ranbir Kapoor has also taken archery training for the role of Ayodhya Prince Ram in the movie.

KGF actor Yash will be playing the role of Ravan, and Arun Govil, who played the OG Ram in Ramanand Sagar's 'Ramayana', will be seen as Raja Dasarath. Arun Govil's image with Lara Dutta, who is playing the role of Rani Kaikeyi in the movie, was also leaked last month.

Fans have been eagerly waiting to see the final product on the big screen. Ranbir Kapoor was last seen onscreen in the blockbuster movie 'Animal', where he was paired opposite Rashmika Mandanna.
