Oil India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mahanagar Gas to explore opportunities across the LNG value chain and in emerging clean energy areas.
The company, through the DBL-APMPL joint venture (DBL – 74% & APMPL – 26% stake), has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for development of a 100 MW grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV power project under captive mode to supply power to Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam for 25 years from the date of commissioning.
The global technology consulting and digital solutions company has entered into a multi-year agreement with a leading global media and entertainment company.
The company has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for its upcoming premium residential projects in West Chennai. The development spans a 6.6-acre land parcel. The estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of the project is Rs 1,000 crore.
The company has received a Notice of Compliance (NOC) from Health Canada for generic Liothyronine tablets of 5 mcg and 25 mcg dosages.

Reliance Industries, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea
Reliance Jio, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, added 19.49 lakh wireless subscribers in August 2025, compared to 4.82 lakh added in July. Bharti Airtel added 4.96 lakh subscribers, against 4.64 lakh in the same period. Vodafone Idea lost 3.08 lakh subscribers in August, slightly better than the 3.59 lakh user loss in the previous month.
Block Deals
Flipkart Investments exited Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands by selling its entire 7.3 crore shares (6.02% stake) at Rs 136.45 per share, amounting to Rs 998.4 crore.
However, a group of 12 investors, including Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale, Amansa Holdings, Goldman Sachs, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, UTI AMC, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund, and SBI Life Insurance Company purchased the entire 6.02% stake sold by Flipkart Investments.
BofA Securities Europe SA bought 81 lakh shares (0.08% stake) in Zomato's parent company at Rs 328.45 per share, valued at Rs 266.04 crore, from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE – ODI.
BofA Securities Europe SA also acquired 3,54,060 shares (0.4% stake) in Optiemus Infracom at Rs 672.10 per share, valued at Rs 23.79 crore, from Dymon Asia Multi-Strategy Investment (Singapore).
Bulk Deals
Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Pte purchased 12 lakh shares in the telecom infrastructure solutions provider at Rs 220.95 per share.
However, Necta Bloom One sold 21.02 lakh shares at Rs 224.99 per share.
Kotak Performing Re Credit Strategy Fund-I sold 90.43 units of the REIT at Rs 421 per unit.
