    Muthoot Microfin Q1 (Consolidated YoY)
    • Net profit down 94.5% to Rs 6.2 crore vs Rs 113 crore YoY
    • NII down 16% to Rs 309 crore vs Rs 370 crore YoY

    Bata India Q1 (Consolidated YoY)
    • Net profit down 70.1% to Rs 52 crore vs Rs 174 crore YoY
    • Revenue down 0.3% to Rs 941.8 crore vs Rs 944.6 crore YoY
    Stocks to Watch

    Pfizer: The drugmaker has launched its next-generation 20-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV20) in India for adult immunisation against 20 serotypes responsible for most invasive and non-invasive pneumococcal diseases.

    Indian Hotels will acquire controlling stakes in ANK Hotels and Pride Hospitality for up to Rs 204 crore.

    Medi Assist: Promoter Bessemer India is likely to offload up to 16% stake via block deal.

    Adani Enterprises subsidiary Horizon Aero Solutions to acquire 100% stake in Indamer Technics

    Home First Finance Company India

    Orange Clove Investments BV, an affiliate of global private equity investor Warburg Pincus, has exited Home First Finance Company India by selling its entire holding of 1.09 crore shares (10.6% stake) at Rs 1,190.5 per share, valuing the transaction at Rs 1,307.2 crore. However, there were 21 buyers for the entire 1.09 crore shares, including Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Bandhan Mutual Fund, VQ Fastercap Fund, Dendana Investments Mauritius, Fidelity, HDFC Life Insurance Company, HSBC Mutual Fund, ITI Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Norges Bank, and Tata AIG General Insurance Company.

    Repco Home Finance

    HDFC Mutual Fund sold a total 1.4% stake in the housing finance company. It offloaded 4.81 lakh shares at Rs 384.55 per share, and 4 lakh shares at Rs 386.5 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of Rs 33.97 crore.

    Network People Services Technologies (NPST)

    Tata Mutual Fund bought 4.3 lakh shares (equivalent to a 2.2% stake) at Rs 2,073.99 per share. However, promoters collectively offloaded 5.3 lakh shares (equivalent to a 2.75% stake) worth Rs 110.6 crore. The sellers included Deepak Chand Thakur, who sold 1.63 lakh shares at Rs 2,074.25 per share, Savita Vashist, who offloaded 2.1 lakh shares at Rs 2,074.02 per share, and Ashish Aggarwal, who sold 1.6 lakh shares at Rs 2,074.03 per share.

    FlySBS Aviation

    R G Family Trust, managed through trustees Harsh Vardhan Goenka and Anant Goenka, purchased 1.06 lakh shares in FlySBS Aviation at Rs 471.25 per share.

    Vineet Laboratories

    Promoters Venkata Rama Gaddam and Satyanarayana Raju Bhupathiraju sold 2,06,164 shares in Vineet Laboratories at Rs 33.5 per share. On the other side, Ajay Agrawal, Vasudev Agrawal, Rajendra Agrawal, and Jyoti Agarwal collectively purchased 2 lakh shares at the same price.
