Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan, along with his wife Natasha, has made a significant real estate investment by purchasing a luxury apartment in Mumbai's upscale Juhu. The couple acquired a sprawling 5,512 sq ft property located on the seventh floor of the under-construction tower, Twenty. The deal, valued at an astounding Rs 44.52 crore, places the couple among the high-profile buyers in the area, which is renowned for being home to numerous celebrities from the film industry, as well as top industrialists and corporate leaders.
The luxury property deal was executed at an impressive rate of over Rs 87,000 per square foot, making it one of the priciest transactions in the Juhu area.

The tower, where the couple has purchased their new home, is expected to be a plush residential complex, offering a prime location with easy access to both the city's beaches and the thriving entertainment industry.

Despite the high profile nature of the deal, both D'décor Exports Pvt Ltd (the seller) and Varun Dhawan’s team declined to comment on the transaction when approached by the media.

However, the acquisition serves as a testament to Varun Dhawan's growing stature in the industry, as well as his continued success both on and off-screen. The couple's move into this luxurious space in one of Mumbai's most desirable localities reflects their elevated position within the city's elite circles.
