Reports that actress, writer, and director Malti Chahar will be a wildcard candidate on Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 19 have made news. This year, celebrities from a variety of fields have appeared on the contentious reality show, and if rumors are to be believed, Malti will be the newest participant.

Malti is a content producer, model, and actress. She is also Deepak Chahar's sister, a cricket player. She was born in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, on November 15, 1990. Her family has a long history in sports; her cousin, Rahul Chahar, is also a cricket player.

Following her success in beauty pageants, Malti started her career in the entertainment sector. She won the title of Miss Photogenic in the Femina Miss India Delhi 2014 competition and placed as a finalist in Femina Miss India 2014.

After making the switch to acting, Malti starred as Rubina in the 2018 Bollywood film Genius, which was directed by Anil Sharma. She also demonstrated her acting abilities in the Arvind Pandey-directed love drama Ishq Pashmina in 2022, where she played Omisha.
