The voice of Bigg Boss, Vijay Vikram Singh, has revealed details regarding his profits from the well-liked reality show. Even though he doesn't immediately earn a lot of money from Bigg Boss, the show has given him something much more valuable—his identity, according to the narrator.
In his conversation with Mama's Couch, he said: "I earn less from Bigg Boss, but I earn a lot because of it," adding that the show has greatly influenced his career and recognition in the entertainment sector.
Since Season 4 of Bigg Boss in 2010, Vijay Vikram Singh has been a part of the show. "I was new to the industry back then, and they made the most of me," he recalled of his early years. “The money that was offered to me at the time appealed to me. I realized later that I had lost a significant amount of money,” he added.
He has watched the show change and develop over the last 15 years. He mentioned that he had asked for a raise thrice and received it each time.
Singh claimed that despite the salary talks, he is not motivated to stay on Bigg Boss by money. "I know what that show is for me; therefore, I don't demand money. It goes beyond money. I now identify with it. Therefore, I don't perform the show for pay. I work on the program because I enjoy it, and it gives me a sense of identity," he remarked.
