Stand-up comedian and Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui has tied the knot for the second time. Munawar had a secret wedding in Mumbai last evening (May 26).

The former 'Lock Upp' contestant wants to avoid any media attention, and as a result, he has not posted anything about it on social media.

Actress Hina Khan, who is a close friend of Munawar, had also shared a picture of herself decked in a traditional outfit last evening with 'the'mere yaar ki shaadi hai' song playing in the background.

The nikaah was attended by his family and close friends. The wedding was held at ITC Maratha in Mumbai.

A picture of the invite at the venue is going viral on social media, and according to that, Munawar Faruqui’s Nikah took place on May 26. “With Allah’s blessings and in the presence of loved ones, we are read to unite. Nikah of M & M. ITC Ball Room, May 26, 2024.”

A source confirmed to Times Now that Munawar is married and "eho ye sab under wraps rakhna chahta hai tabhi koi khaas pictures bih nahi milegi aapko."

According to reports, Munawar's wife's name is Mehzabeen Coatwala, who is a makeup artist from Mumbai. More details of the wedding and the bride are yet to be known.
