Rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing serious legal trouble as a new lawsuit has been filed against him. A woman identified as Ashley Parham has accused Combs of sexual assault, gang rape, and other serious crimes.
According to the lawsuit, Parham met Combs in 2018 after encountering one of his friends at a bar. During a video call with Combs, Parham made a comment about his involvement in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. Combs allegedly overheard her remark and threatened her life.
A month later, Parham was invited to the friend's home under false pretenses. When she arrived, Combs allegedly threatened her with a knife and forced her to engage in sexual acts. The lawsuit claims that Combs assaulted Parham with a television remote control and orchestrated a gang rape with his associates.
Parham reported the incident to the police but claims that no action was taken. She eventually sought medical attention and the hospital staff contacted the police, but still, no investigation was initiated.
The lawsuit alleges that Combs offered Parham money to claim the rape was consensual. She fled the scene and sought help from neighbors, who contacted the police after hearing the disturbance.
Parham has sued Combs and six others for sexual assault, battery, false imprisonment, abuse, and kidnapping. She is seeking a jury trial to seek justice for the alleged crimes.
This is not the first time Combs has faced legal trouble. He is currently incarcerated, awaiting trial on unrelated sex crime charges. The new lawsuit adds to the growing list of allegations against him.
