Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna shot special dance songs for Eid and Holi in Sikandar, report

Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna are teaming up for a high-energy collaboration in their upcoming film, “Sikandar,” directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film, set for release during Eid 2025, promises to be a grand cinematic experience, featuring two chartbuster songs that celebrate the festive spirit of Eid and Holi.

The first song, themed around Eid, carries a soulful Qawwali vibe, offering a blend of traditional and modern musical elements. According to insiders, “The Eid song is a heartfelt celebration of the festival and is expected to strike a chord with audiences, thanks to its powerful composition by Pritam.” On the other hand, the Holi track is described as a vibrant explosion of colors and joy. “The Holi song celebrates love and togetherness with a dynamic visual palette that showcases the chemistry between Salman and Rashmika,” revealed a source close to the project.

The dance sequences for these two tracks have already been shot, with Salman and Rashmika reportedly bringing their A-game to the sets. A source mentioned, “Both Salman and Rashmika were in top form, making these tracks instant favorites for the audience. Everyone on the sets couldn’t help but groove along during the shoot.” The entire team is confident that these songs will resonate deeply with fans, adding to the film’s celebratory theme.

Apart from the music, “Sikandar” is shaping up to be an action-packed entertainer with stylish sequences and a fresh narrative. Two major action scenes have already been filmed, with more in the pipeline. “The action in Sikandar has been designed to bring a new flavor to the audience, ensuring a mix of thrill and spectacle,” added the source.

Salman Khan, who is known for his blockbuster Eid releases, has expressed excitement about the project. He reportedly believes that the songs in “Sikandar” are some of the finest creations by Pritam. “Salman feels that the compositions are among the best in recent times and will set a new benchmark for festive tracks,” said a source.
