Bollywood couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have built their dream home in Pali Hill. However, the recent reports have suggested that they will move into their new house during Diwali.
The six-story house, which is valued at Rs 250 crore, appears to have been under construction for a long time.
Previously, Raj Kapoor and his wife, Krishna Raj Kapoor, built the bungalow on the same property. Later, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor received it. It will be the home of Ranbir's mother, Neetu Kapoor, in addition to the couple and their child, Raha.
According to the Times of India, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor jointly declared that the family would shortly move into their new home so they could all celebrate the festival of lights together in their new home.
However, the couple has asked for privacy from the media.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s statement reads, “New beginnings and thankfulness are central to Diwali. We appreciate all of your kindness and support as we settle into our new house, and we hope that you will continue to respect our privacy as well as that of our family, house, and amazing neighbours.”
The statement continued, “This holiday season, you and your family have our undying affection. Happy Diwali!”
Since their April 2022 wedding, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, often accompanied by his mother Neetu, have been spotted frequently assessing the mansion's development. The couple's stringent no-media policy has helped to sustain the high level of public interest.
Their need for secrecy has only grown since the birth of their daughter, which has added to the ongoing rumours about the much-anticipated move. The lavish home, which is rumoured to feature state-of-the-art interior design that has been developed over the years, has fans very excited.
However, a video of the couple’s house recently went viral on social media, which was later slammed by both Neetu Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
