Actress Janhvi Kapoor, who is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Param Sundari, celebrated her mother and actress Sridevi’s birthday. Janhvi shared a series of throwback photos on her Instagram and paid birthday tribute to Sridevi.
Janhvi wrote in the caption, “Happy Birthday Mumma [red heart] every step with your name in my heart.”
She continued the slides with a few pictures of herself posing in a violet coloured half saree.
Besides this, Janhvi also visited Tirumala Tirupati Balaji Temple to seek blessings for her mother Sridevi’s birthday, which coincided with the trailer release of Param Sundari. The actress visits the temple on every special occasion of her life.
She was accompanied by Sidharth Malhotra and director Tushar Jalota. Videos of her recent visit are swirling around the internet.
For the temple visit, the actress sported a stunning purple and green half saree. She completed her traditional look with heavy jewellery and a braided hairstyle. Sidharth opted for a simple off white kurta for the outing.
The recently released trailer of Param Sundari follows a Delhi man, played by Sidharth Malhotra, and a Kerala woman, aka Janhvi Kapoor. The duo belong to completely different backgrounds, and their cultural clash creates a lot of fun, drama and romance. They fall in love and work to save their relationship.

Param Sundari will premiere in the theatres on August 25.
Meanwhile, Sridevi died due to accidental drowning in a hotel bathtub in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on February 24, 2018, at the age of 54 years.
