How Bade Achhe Lagte Hain actor Chahatt Khanna lost weight through Ayurveda

While there are a number of ways to lose weight these days, Chahatt Khanna chose to go the Ayurvedic way, going beyond merely the physical. Her holistic approach to weight loss helped her achieve what she was looking for — inner harmony and balance.

Chahatt Khanna, who has been part of popular television shows such as Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and Qubool Hai, recently revealed the secret to her weight loss in an interview with ETimes.
The actress opened up about how her hectic schedule didn’t leave her with any time to work out at the gym. “I was working nearly 15 hours a day, and hitting the gym just wasn't possible, but I didn't want to compromise on my health.”

This made her turn to a more holistic approach to staying fit through Ayurveda to balance her hormones and reset her body from within. Her attempt to restore her internal system, including her gut health, hormones, and inflammation, played an important role in bringing about the transformation she needed.

“I noticed changes not just in my body but in my overall well-being. My hormones stabilised, inflammation reduced, and I began to lose fat effortlessly, without crash diets or gym workouts. It felt like my body was finally working with me, not against me,” the actress added.

The actress shared that she didn’t step into the gym or follow fad diets; rather, her approach was more about mindfulness, going beyond just the physical aspect of fitness.

“In the end, it's about harmony between your mind, body, and the life you're building. Once I found that balance, everything started aligning naturally," the actress shared.

Just a few months ago, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actress Deepti Sadhwani also shared that she dropped 17 kg in six months in a sustainable way, not resorting to any shortcuts.

The actress revealed there was no quick fix involved: no extreme diets, workouts, or weight loss medication. Instead, she opted to remove unhealthy foods, keep a check on her calorie count, and include a cheat day.

Moreover, Deepti picked up a variety of fitness routines to keep herself fit. She told Etimes, “I incorporated aerial yoga, boxing, and swimming into my regimen, emphasising consistency over intensity.” This helped her avoid monotony and benefited her not just physically but also mentally.
