The film which was written and directed by Rishab Shetty, has now earned over Rs 500 crore worldwide, following in the footsteps of its preceding movies, KGF: Chapter 2 and Salaar, both of which achieved this level of success.

Within just one week of its release, the movie has earned about Rs 509.25 crore worldwide. Kantara: Chapter 1 has received praises for its technical expertise and strong production, attracting to viewers of all languages.

With three of its productions now in the Rs 500 crore club, this achievement shows how Hombale Film’s growing success in the Indian film industry. The studio's dedication to excellent the story lines and production standards keeps on raising the bar for a great success in Indian cinema.

Kantara: Chapter 1 explores about the mystical beginnings of the ethereal land of Kantara and takes place in the fourth century AD.
