Ali Fazal turned 39 years old on October 15 and celebrated his special day with his close ones. The actor is currently in Benares filming his upcoming film, Mirzapur: The Movie and celebrated his birthday on the set.

Ali took to his Instagram and shared a series of pictures from his birthday celebration on social media. The actor, who reprises his role as the adored Guddu Bhaiya, delighted fans with a fun behind-the-scenes selfie that went viral.

The selfie included a number of well-known faces that cult series fans adore. The pic featured Mirzapur cast, including Abhishek Banerjee, Jitendra Kumar, Rasika Dugal, Shweta Tripathi Sharma, and Shriya Pilgaonkar.

He shared the pics with the caption, “Lets just call it a birthday season from now on. Come october we feast and break bread with some people we love. Thank you to the many many worlds from where i receive love.. and to this mortal one where you all make it so sweet and amazing.. and a special msg to my two girls- Love.”
