In his viral post, Agrawal shared how the AIIMS Trauma Centre recently received a patient who had been transported via Blinkit’s emergency service. He lauded the professionalism and efficiency of the paramedic staff, highlighting their critical care during transit.

Agrawal noted that the ambulance team followed essential medical protocols, ensuring the C-spine was immobilised and administering emergency medication where required. Their swift intervention helped stabilise the patient, allowing for immediate medical attention upon arrival at AIIMS.

"This is the kind of service we used to read about and see in developed countries," he wrote, expressing his admiration for the high standards of care provided. He also shared a photo of the patient being attended to at the trauma centre.
