The much awaited and highly controversial Ram Temple has geared up for the ground breaking ceremony in Ayodhya on August 5. Apart from saints and sages from across the country, the grand event will be witnessed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi who will lay the foundation, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, UP Governor Anandiben Patel and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath.
The three-day ritual of Bhoomi Poojan started on August 3 at 9 am two days prior to the main event. Amid the COVID-19 epidemic, only a limited amount of people i.e 175 will be able to be a part of this groundbreaking ceremony while for other devotees, the event will be streamed live.

The ceremony will broadcast live across the country. Live streaming of the event will be broadcast on DD National and DD News.
Prasar Bharati on August 2 gave information on Twitter about the live streaming of Bhoomi Poojan ceremony of Ram temple.
There will be a special live show from Ayodhya on the evening of 4th August featuring the Deepotsav from 7 pm to 8 pm followed by a special bilingual telecast of Newsnight from the banks of the Sarayu river.
Live telecast of the main events in Ayodhya on covering multiple locations - Hanumangarhi and Ram Mandir, will also be carried by other DD channels.

As reported by Jagran, the BJP in Delhi has decided to install LED screens across all 70 constituencies for people to witness the historic event of the ground breaking ceremony.
Not just in India, Images of Lord Ram and 3D portraits of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya will be beamed across the giant billboards in the iconic Times Square in New York on August 5 to celebrate the temple's groundbreaking ceremony, with organisers describing the commemoration as a one-of-a-kind and historic event.
