University of Glasgow offers Indian postgraduate students £5,000 fee discount

• The University of Glasgow is ranked 76th in the QS World University Rankings 2024 The University of Glasgow has announced a new multi-million-pound scholarship scheme for Indian postgraduate students. Highly qualified students will be awarded a £5,000 discount fee to study in Scotland, at one of the top 100 universities in the world.

Students demonstrating academic excellence — equivalent to UK First Class Honours in their degree — will be eligible for the funding.

To be eligible, students must:

• demonstrate academic excellence and achieve grades equivalent to UK 1st Class Honours
• hold an offer for an eligible postgraduate taught programme for September 2024 intake
• be domiciled in India
• have international fee status
