In Aavas Financiers, foreign promoters Lake District Holdings, Partners Group ESCL, and Partners Group Private Equity collectively sold stake worth Rs 1,369.61 crore in the company. Lake District Holdings sold 58,39,578 shares or 7.37 percent stake at Rs 1,370.01 per share. Partners Group ESCL sold 28,89,373 shares or 3.65 percent stake at Rs 1,370 per share, while Partners Group Private Equity offloaded 12,67,999 shares or 1.60 percent stake at an average price of Rs 1,370.2.
Lake District held 22.98 percent stake in the company til December 2023, while Partners Group ESCL had 11.21 percent and Partners Group Private Equity had 4.92 percent.
Meanwhile, SBI Mutual Fund acquired 63,00,000 shares, or a 7.96 percent stake at an average price of Rs 1370. Amansa Holdings picked up 23,59,350 shares or 2.98 percent stake at Rs 1370 per share.
Shares of Aavas Financiers declined 5.01 percent to Rs 1,360 on the NSE.
In T D Power Systems, 2.94 percent stake changed hands. Vittoria Fund, OC LP, acquired 4,600,000 shares at an average price of Rs 320.50 while BNP Paribas Arbitrage was the seller.
T D Power Systems stock plunged 3.95 percent to Rs 316 on March 5.
In Vertoz Advertising, Minerva Ventures Fund bought 1,00,000 shares or 0.55 percent stake at an average price of Rs 849.55. L7 Hitech Private sold 79,921 shares or 0.44 percent stake at Rs 820.82 per share while Ebene Global Opportunity Fund sold 93,522 shares or 0.52 percent stake at Rs 850 per share.
Shares of Vertoz Advertising fell 0.64 percent to Rs 841.
In Grasim Industries, Logus Realty bought 2,00,000 shares at an average price of Rs 1001.44 while Prescient Wealth Management sold 1,39,616 shares at Rs 997.72 per share.
Grasim Industries stock closed down 0.4 percent from the previous day’s close to Rs 2,225.3.
