Goldman Sachs Bank has acquired 0.62 percent equity stake in Dhani Services, the financial services company, via open market transaction on October 27.
Despite this buying, Dhani Services shares plunged sharply by 8.87 percent to Rs 51.06, forming large bearish candle on the daily charts, and remaining under pressure since the second half of September.
Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE - ODI bought 41.14 lakh shares (0.62 percent of paid-up equity) in Dhani Services at Rs 51.26 per share, for Rs 21.09 crore.
Meanwhile, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank rights share price plummeted nearly 40 percent on Monday to finish the day at Rs 3.41. Olympus ACF, the part of private equity firm by Olympus Capital Holdings Asia, sold 64.1 lakh rights shares at Rs 3.53 per share, valued at Rs 2.26 crore.
Utkarsh Small Finance Bank equity shares were also under pressure, falling 5.5 percent to Rs 20.52 on the NSE.
Ekansh Concepts was also in action, freezing at 5 percent upper circuit at Rs 227.05 on the BSE after recent sharp fall. Durva Infratech LLP acquired 3.96 lakh shares in the company at Rs 227.05 per share for Rs 9.01 crore.
However, Carron Investments, which held 3.3 percent stake (4.99 lakh shares) as of September 2025, offloaded 3.37 lakh shares at same price for Rs 7.65 crore.
