Bollywood actress Triptii Dimri buys luxury property in Mumbai for Rs 14 crore

The property bought by Triptii Dimri has three floors, including ground, and the sale agreement was signed on June 3.

Actress Triptii Dimri, known for roles in films like Animal, Bulbbul, and Qala among others, has bought a luxury property in Mumbai's Bandra West for Rs 14 crore, documents accessed by Zapkey showed.

The property sprawls about 2,193 sq ft and has three floors, including ground. The sale agreement was signed on June 3.

Dimri paid a stamp duty of Rs 70 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The seller is Marie Fernandes, the documents show.

A list of queries has been sent to Dimri.

Bandra West, known for its posh neighbourhoods and Uber apartments, saw several large ticket-size deals in recent years. In April 2023, Alia Bhatt bought an apartment in Bandra West for Rs 37.80 crore. The 2,497 sq ft apartment located in Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill, Bandra (West), Mumbai was bought from Gold Street Mercantile Company Pvt Ltd, the documents showed.

Earlier, Bollywood actress Kajol Devgan bought an apartment in Mumbai for Rs 16.50 crore, property registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com showed. The apartment has a carpet area of 2,493 sq ft and comes with four reserved car parking spots, it showed. The sale deed was registered on April 13, 2023, and the seller is Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd.

Additionally, in October, Jahnvi Kapoor and her family bought a duplex apartment in the Bandra West area for Rs 65 crore. The apartment, with a carpet area of 6,421 sq ft, is located on the first and second floors of a building at Pali Hill.
