Promoter Safechem Enterprises offloaded 0.66 percent stake in pharma company Aarti Pharmalabs, however, Norges Bank, and Vanguard Group have acquired 1.7 percent shareholding for Rs 145.8 crore via open market transactions on September 19.
Aarti Pharmalabs shares rallied 3.3 percent to Rs 930.2 amid significant volumes on the NSE.
Norges Bank on account of the Government Pension Fund Global bought 4.84 lakh shares at Rs 930.3 per share, while Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund, and Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock Index Fund A Series of VIEIF acquired 10.82 lakh shares at Rs 930.34 per share.
However, promoter entity Safechem Enterprises sold 6 lakh shares at Rs 929.19 per share, and BNP Paribas Financial Markets 4.59 lakh shares at Rs 929 per share.
Landmark Cars was also in focus, falling 3.34 percent to Rs 627. Promoter Aryaman Sanjay Thakker sold 7 lakh shares (1.69 percent stake) at Rs 639 per share, valued at Rs 44.73 crore, and investor New York State Teachers Retirement System 4.8 lakh shares at Rs 639.04 per share for Rs 30.73 crore.
However, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought 2.75 lakh shares in Landmark Cars at Rs 639 per share, and Dhunseri Ventures 2.66 lakh shares at Rs 638.83 per share.
Meanwhile, Cartrade Tech, Tanla Platforms, Sigachi Industries, and Vimta Labs were also in focus.
Norges Bank on account of the Government Pension Fund Global acquired 3.88 lakh shares in Cartrade Tech at Rs 2,522.8 per share for Rs 98.1 crore, and 8.79 lakh shares in Tanla Platforms at Rs 745.1 per share for Rs 65.51 crore.
Further, iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets IMI Index ETF bought 31.85 lakh shares in Sigachi Industries at Rs 43.85 per share, and SPDR Portfolio Emerging Markets ETF acquired 3.46 lakh shares in Vimta Labs at Rs 824.05 per share.
However, BNP Paribas Financial Markets sold 65,610 shares in Force Motors at Rs 18,581.1 per share, and Aditya Birla Sun Life MF offloaded 1.26 lakh shares in Nath Bio-Genes (I) at Rs 165.08 per share.
Further, the action was also seen in Vakrangee, Power Mech Projects, TechEra Engineer, and Eppeltone Engineers.
Motilal Oswal Asset Management company sold 1.68 lakh shares in Power Mech Projects at Rs 2,990.58 per share for Rs 50.45 crore, and Maharashtra Defence and Aerospace Venture Fund 1 lakh shares in TechEra Engineer (Ind) at Rs 201.84 per share.
iShares MSCI India Small-Cap ETF offloaded 61.08 lakh shares in Vakrangee at Rs 8.96 per share, while Viney Growth Fund, and Innovative Vision Fund sold 2.35 lakh shares in Eppeltone Engineers for Rs 4.63 crore.
