She shared, “It's scientific. I am no doctor, but this is my personal hack, and I believe there is science behind it. Your body has created enough antibacterial elements in your mouth when you wake up in the morning.”
The actress added, “This is why our eyes are full of mucus, our nose is full of mucus, and our mouth is battling all the bacteria that has accumulated during the night before brushing our teeth. If you use this spit, it will immediately dry up your pimples, if it's not cystic."

Tamannaah on Anti-Ageing Creams
The actress promoted the use of anti-ageing creams early on to slow down fine lines and wrinkles. She said, “A lot of skincare brands promote that you should start anti-ageing products by 25. According to me, it’s not a marketing gimmick but an actual truth. I have always remained in front of the camera, so I have been using good skincare since the age of 24–25. And I think that’s a more preventive way of doing it. If you want to age gracefully… then it’s good to use anti-ageing creams from the age of 25. That helps. But apart from that, a good diet works.”
Tamannaah on Eating Right and Being Body Aware
Tamannaah shared that she believes skin reflects what’s put inside the body, and hence, it’s important to know what works for you and what doesn’t. She shared, “A lot of people have allergies that they don’t know about. Like, I didn’t know that I am gluten- and dairy-intolerant, but I found out through trial and error. I tried so many different diets. So when I don’t eat gluten or dairy, my skin is healthy. I discovered it along the way. You have to be a little aware of your body. Skin is a reflection of your inner system. Emotional well-being and sleep determine your skin health too.”
