Navjot Singh Sidhu returned in The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3

Kapil Sharma returned to fans’ favourite The Great Indian Kapil Show 3 on Netflix. However, the latest season marks a comeback of Navjot Singh Sidhu to co-judge with Archana Puran Singh in the premiere episode.

Surprisingly, Navjot Singh’s seat was empty during the second episode, leaving Kapil and fans wondering if he had appeared for just one episode. However, it was later revealed that Archana had locked him in his own vanity van.

During the episode, confused Kapil asked Archana, “Sidhu ji kidhar hain? (Where is Sidhu ji).” Archana acted clueless and replied, “Mujhe kya pata (I don’t know).” The camera then showed Sidhu in his vanity van, struggling to come out as the door was locked from the outside.

The camera then showed Navjot Singh knocking on the door and shouting, “I have knocked 2-3 times, no one is opening it. Oye, hello! Who locked the door? Is there anyone outside?”

The camera then returned to the stage and showed Kapil asking Archana Puran Singh, “Gaayab toh nahi kar diya unko? (Did you make him disappear?)” Archana joked, “Netflix ka koi cup hai jo main gaayab kar dungi? (Is he a Netflix cup that I’d make him disappear?)”

Kapil responded, “Matlab cup, plate utha leti ho? (So you steal cups and plates?)” To this, she joked, “It’s an old habit — leave it.” Concerned, Kapil then started calling Sidhu, but Archana had his phone and kept cutting his calls.

However, Archana unlocked the vanity van’s door and hid behind it. Baffled Sidhu came outside and asked, “Who locked it? Jhaklandi. Mil gaya na, photo taang dunga killi par.”

The episode saw the entire team of Metro… In Dino, including Aditya Roy Kapoor, Sara Alia Khan, Konkana Sen, Pankaj Tripathi, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Neena Gupta, Anupam Kher, Ali Fazal, and their director Anurag Basu.
