Bigg Boss former contestant Shilpa Shirodkar’s daughter, Anoushka Ranjit, has recently achieved a new milestone in her career and her aunt, Namrata Shirodkar, made sure to celebrate her success with a special tribute.
Namrata took to her Instagram and shared a photo and a video from Anoushka’s convocation as she completed her studies from the University of St Andrews in Scotland. Alongside the post, the actress penned a sweet note for Anoushka and revealed that she had fulfilled Namrata and Shilpa’s mother’s wish.
Namrata penned in the caption, “Today is a dream come true, not just for me but for all of us! It’s a moment our mother would’ve held close to her heart. What she couldn’t finish, we did! I am so happy and proud of you, @anoushkaranjit.”
Meanwhile, Shilpa also celebrated her daughter’s milestone moment and shared several videos and photos from her convocation ceremony. In one photo, Anoushka is seen sitting among the students as she awaits to be felicitated for her degree. Shilpa wrote, “So proud of you.”
Shilpa Shirodkar shares Anoushka with her husband Aparesh Ranjit, who is a United Kingdom-based banker. The couple got married on July 8 in 2000, at The Club in Andheri, Bombay, in a marriage arranged by their respective families.
On the work front, Shilpa recently appeared in Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss and is gearing up to make her acting comeback. She has recently wrapped up the shooting for Jatadhara, which also marks Sonakshi Sinha’s debut in Telugu cinema. The film also stars Sudheer Babu, Indira Krishnan and others in key roles.
