Telugu actress Renuka Desai, who was married to actor turned politician Pawan Kalyan, hit back at a troll who asked her to have waited for him and worked on their marriage.

Renuka and Pawan were married for three years, and the two have kids, Akira and Adhya, from the union. They have been separated for more than 12 years now.

She continues to get trolled and hated by Pawan Kalyan's fans. One such fan recently commented on one of Renuka's posts and trolled her for leaving Pawan, who is now the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

The user who wrote in Telugu asked Renuka to have waited for Pawan and worked on their marriage. He also called him “someone like a god.”.

The comment was made in Telugu, and it read: “You should have been more patient, sister-in-law. You misunderstood someone like a god. Perhaps now you realise his worth. But I’m glad the kids are with Pawan Kalyan.”

To this, she replied, “If you had an ounce of intelligence, you wouldn’t make such a foolish comment. He was the one who left me and remarried, not the other way around. Please refrain from such comments; they only torment me.”

Renuka and Pawan tied the knot in 2009, and the two separated in 2012. They have two children, Akira and Aadhya.

Akira was seen with his father during his political campaign, while his daughter Aadhya accompanied her famous father for a meeting with PM Narendra Modi.

After his divorce from Renuka, Pawan has married twice, and his current wife is Anna Lezhneva.

Renuka never married again.
