The recent blast near Delhi’s iconic Red Fort has left the city and the nation in shock.
Priyanka Chopra was among the first to react, sharing a deeply emotional note on her Instagram story. “It’s devastating to see the visuals from Red Fort. So much fear, chaos, and heartbreak. My thoughts and prayers are with those injured and condolences for the lives lost. Hoping for some answers soon. In the meantime, please stay safe and alert,” she wrote, capturing both the heartbreak and the anxiety felt by many across the country.
Allu Arjun also shared his heartfelt condolences on X, stating, “Deeply saddened by the tragic incident near Delhi’s Red Fort. My heartfelt prayers are with the victims and their families, and I wish for peace to prevail once again.”
Isha Koppikar, who is both an actress and politician, expressed her grief on Instagram, sending out a message of support to the victims and their families.
“Heartbroken by the tragic incident in Delhi. Prayers for the victims, their families, and everyone affected. Let’s stand together in strength and compassion. Be safe!” she wrote, reminding everyone of the importance of standing together in times of tragedy.
Other Bollywood celebrities also spoke out. Raveena Tandon posted, “Condolences to all those bereaved families who lost their loved ones in the Delhi blast. Horrible news,”
while actors Sonu Sood, Sidharth Malhotra, Ishaan Khatter, Arjun Kapoor, and even Thalapathy Vijay shared their grief and solidarity.
Sonu Sood urged people to support the victims and maintain peace, Thalapathy Vijay wished for the speedy recovery of the injured, and Sidharth Malhotra encouraged everyone to stay strong during this difficult time.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared that the perpetrators of the car explosion in Delhi would not escape punishment.
During an event in Bhutan, the prime minister spoke in Hindi, but he made sure to switch to English when he made his statement condemning the attack. "This will not spare the conspirators. "Everyone who is accountable will be held accountable," he declared.
