Akshay Kumar has previously teamed up with Priyadarshan on hits like Hera Pheri, Garam Masala, Bhagam Bhag, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and this reunion has heightened anticipation among audiences.

In addition to Bhooth Bangla, Akshay is receiving praise for his cameo in Stree 2, which released on August 15, and his recent film Khel Khel Mein, directed by Mudassar Aziz. The comedy-drama, produced by Bhushan Kumar and others, has been well-received for its emotional and entertaining narrative.
