Hrithik Roshan’s leg injury delays War 2 dance-off shoot with Jr NTR: Reports

Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR recently sent the internet into frenzy with the reports of the duo’s dance-off scene in the upcoming film, War 2. However, the latest reports have suggested that the filming of the dance scene has been postponed.

The reports have suggested that Hrithik has suffered a leg injury and the shooting of the dance-off has been pushed to May 2025.

According to a recent report in Bollywood Hungama, Hrithik suffered a leg injury during rehearsals for a dance number in the upcoming spy-thriller film. According to sources, doctors advised him to avoid making things worse and recommended him for a four-week rest period to allow his leg to heal.

The reports further revealed that the upcoming dance-off song featuring Hrithik and Jr NTR will now be filmed in May. Despite this change, the source confirmed that the movie's promotional plans will remain on schedule. Notably, all lead actors have completed their filming portions, and War 2 is currently in its post-production phase.

War 2 is the latest addition to the YRF Spy Universe. It is the highly anticipated sequel to the 2019 blockbuster War. Ayan Mukerji takes the director's chair, succeeding Siddharth Anand.

However, further details of the film are kept under wraps but there are speculations that Major Kabir Dhaliwal, played by Hrithik, will combat a new threat to the nation in a perilous undercover mission.

The film boasts an impressive cast, including Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani in a key role. War 2 is set to hit theaters in August this year, promising an action-packed ride.
