Aaliyah Kashyap, daughter of filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, married her longtime partner Shane Gregoire on December 11 in a grand wedding ceremony in Mumbai. Today, on December 14, Anurag took to social media to share a heartfelt post, showering the couple with blessings and expressing his love for them.

In a heartwarming Instagram post, Gangs of Wasseypur director Anurag Kashyap shared a series of photos from his daughter Aaliyah wedding. The pictures captured moments with Aaliyah, her husband Shane Gregoire, and Anurag’s ex-wife Aarti Bajaj, showcasing the family together during the ceremony. He penned in the caption, "Ye bhi gayi .. @shanegregoire my Silly take care of her . And i will get back to my stubborn self . Thank you @artb and @rheadewan for making it happen so beautifully. Thank you everyone for coming."

In the photos, Anurag was seen performing wedding rituals alongside Aarti as Aaliyah and Shane were seated at the mandap during their wedding.

In a viral video, Anurag Kashyap was seen at the DJ console, wearing headphones and taking control of the music, while the guests danced and celebrated at his daughter's wedding.

The couple marked their special day with a grand wedding on Wednesday, attended by close friends and family. Later that evening, a glamorous wedding reception took place, featuring appearances by several notable celebrities including Suhana Khan, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala, Manoj Bajpayee, Meezan Jafri, Bobby Deol with his wife Tania Deol, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Abhishek Bachchan and Agastya Nanda.

Before their wedding, Aaliyah Kashyap and Shane Gregoire enjoyed a series of pre-wedding festivities, including a cocktail party, haldi, and mehendi ceremonies. Together for over four years, the couple got engaged in May 2023 and celebrated their union with a memorable engagement party for friends and family in August 2023.

Aaliyah is the daughter of Anurag Kashyap and Aarti Bajaj, who were married from 1997 to 2009 before going their separate ways.
