Mahindra & Mahindra today launched the updated versions of the Bolero and the Bolero Neo SUVs in India. While the 2025 Bolero starts at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the 2025 Bolero Neo can be had at its entry-level price of Rs 8.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
Both models have been introduced with a series of design, feature, and comfort enhancements. The new versions retain their ladder-frame architecture and diesel powertrains but get modern equipment and styling.
The major update is inside the cabin as it has been upgraded with a new touchscreen infotainment system, steering-mounted controls and USB Type-C charging ports. Even the seats have been re-engineered with advanced comfort enhancements and leatherette upholstery on higher trims.
A key addition is Mahindra's new RideFlo technology, which is claimed to be an advanced suspension architecture to improve stability, control and shock absorption on uneven terrain. Safety equipment remains standard across variants, with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors and seat-belt reminders.
The Bolero continues to be powered by the 1.5-litre mHAWK75 diesel engine, delivering 75bhp of maximum power and 210Nm of peak torque, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The SUV retains its body-on-frame construction and 7-seat configuration.
Mahindra is offering the 2025 Bolero in four variants -- B4, B6, B6(O) and B8 — with the new B8 trim positioned as the top-spec version featuring most of the new additions. Colour choices now include Stealth Black, Diamond White, DSAT Silver, and Rocky Beige.
| Variant | New Mahindra Bolero | Old Mahindra Bolero |
| B4 | Rs 7.99 lakh | Rs 8.79 lakh |
| B6 | Rs 8.69 lakh | Rs 8.96 lakh |
| B6(O) | Rs 9.09 lakh | Rs 9.78 lakh |
| B8 | Rs 9.69 lakh | -- |
Mahindra was offering benefits to the tune of Rs 2.38 lakh on the old Bolero. This included a GST price cut of up to Rs 1.14 lakh and additional schemes of up to Rs 1.24 lakh.
The cabin has been updated with two new interior themes -- Lunar Grey and Mocha Brown -- depending on the variant. The new seats get improved cushioning and leatherette upholstery, while Mahindra has added RideFlo technology to improve comfort levels.
A new 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a rear-view camera are part of the higher trims. USB Type-C charging ports have been added as well. Mahindra has enhanced the braking dynamics for a more progressive feel.
Mechanically, the 2025 Bolero Neo continues with the 1.5-litre mHAWK100 diesel engine, producing 100bhp of maximum power and 260Nm of peak torque, mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. It also retains its body-on-frame chassis and multi-terrain technology (MTT).
The variant structure has been revised and now includes N4, N8, N10, N10(O) and N11. The new top-end N11 trim combines all the recent updates, featuring new exterior colours, dual-tone paint options, dark grey 16-inch alloys, Lunar Grey interior, leatherette upholstery, and RideFlo technology.
Key safety and convenience features across the new Bolero Neo range include dual airbags, ABS with EBD, corner braking control, rear wiper and defogger, ISOFIX mounts, height-adjustable driver seat, and follow-me-home headlamps.
| Variant | New Mahindra Bolero Neo | Old Mahindra Bolero Neo |
| N4 | Rs 8.49 lakh | Rs 8.92 lakh |
| N8 | Rs 9.29 lakh | Rs 9.54 lakh |
| N10 | Rs 9.79 lakh | Rs 10.29 lakh |
| N10(O) | -- | Rs 10.90 lakh |

The old Bolero Neo had benefits up to Rs 2.56 lakh, including a GST price cut of up to Rs 1.27 lakh and additional schemes of up to Rs 1.29 lakh.
While the Bolero is among the most popular SUVs in the rural market, Mahindra launched a more premium version of the SUV with relatively advanced features, the Bolero Neo, in August 2021.
