Royal Challengers Bengaluru's star batsman Virat Kohli reached a remarkable milestone by notching his 100th fifty-plus score in T20 cricket, establishing himself as the first Indian and only the third player worldwide to achieve such a feat.

Virat Kohli achieved the feat IPL match between PBKS vs RCB at at Chinaswammy Stadium.

Displaying his classic form, 35-year-old Kohli bounced back from a disappointing performance against Chennai Super Kings. He delivered a stellar innings, accumulating 77 runs from 49 deliveries, featuring 11 fours and two sixes, at an impressive strike rate over 157.

In 378 matches, Virat has amassed 12,092 runs at an average of 41.26, accompanied by eight centuries. His highest individual score stands at 122*. Virat holds the record for being India's top run-scorer in T20 cricket and ranks sixth overall.

West Indies' Chris Gayle tops the charts with 110 fifty-plus scores, which includes an impressive 22 centuries. Following closely behind is the Australian legend David Warner, boasting 109 fifty-plus scores, including eight centuries.

Chasing a target of 177 for victory, RCB faced consistent wicket losses, but Kohli's vital innings provided stability. Despite tension after his departure, late contributions from Dinesh Karthik and Mahipal Lomror secured RCB's four-wicket win.

Punjab Kings' Harpreet Brar and Kagiso Rabada stood out with two wickets each, highlighting their bowling prowess.
