Indian cricket star Yuzvendra Chahal has been making headlines recently following his divorce rumours with Dhanashree Verma. Amid the recent developments, another Indian cricketer has caught the limelight with similar speculation around his marriage. Manish Pandey, who has played 68 games for India is in the news after he and his wife unfollowed each other on Instagram. Pandey got married to actress Ashrita Shetty in 2019 and the couple were seen with each other in the initial years of marriage frequently. Years later, the duo have not made any public appearance for a while now.

Multiple reports suggest that Ashrita deleted pictures from her social media profile in June last year and now Pandey has done the same as he deleted all pictures from his Instagram profile which were with his wife.

As rumors persist, fans of the cricketer are left questioning the future of Manish and Ashrita's marriage. The couple's silence—neither confirming nor denying the speculation—has only fueled curiosity and tension among their followers. Their retreat from both the public eye and social media has further deepened the mystery surrounding their current relationship status.

While Pandey is yet to break silence on the rumours, Chahal recently posted on social media stating that the recent speculations about his personal life have caused him and his family "immense pain".

However, his lengthy statement on social media still failed to clear the air on the divorce speculations as Chahal mentioned: "I have noticed certain social media posts speculating on matters that may or may not be true."

Coming back to Manish Pandey who won the IPL 2024 title with the Kolkata Knight Riders, he is currently going through a rough patch in his cricketing career as he was dropped from Karnataka's squad for the Vijay Hazare Trophy.

Pandey to make a comeback in IPL 2025?

Pandey was bought by KKR for Rs 75 lakhs in the IPL-mega auction in Dubai. He is known for a stellar knock back in 2014 IPL final for KKR where he smashed 94 off 50 deliveries against the Kings XI Punjab.
