This US airline is offering unlimited domestic & international flights for just $299 a year

Denver-based budget carrier Frontier Airlines announced the 'GoWild!' pass.

Frontier Airlines has launched its new “GoWild!” pass, offering unlimited flights to domestic and international destinations at an introductory price of $299 (Rs 25,388) per year in the United States.

Announced by the Denver-based budget carrier, the “GoWild!” pass is a limited-time offer with prices set to renew at $699 annually after the first year. The pass allows travellers to book flights as late as the day before departure for domestic journeys and up to 10 days prior for international travel. Frontier's COO Bobby Schroeter described the offer as ideal for "spontaneous adventurers, budget-savvy travellers, and anyone dreaming of limitless journeys."

According to Frontier’s website, passholders will pay a nominal airfare of $0.01 per flight, in addition to applicable taxes, fees, and other charges at the time of booking. While passengers can add extras like baggage and seat selection for additional costs, blackout periods and early booking fees apply. The pass covers flights between May 1, 2025, and April 30, 2026.

For round trips, travellers booking domestic flights will need to confirm their return leg just a day before the flight. Frontier’s platform, FlyFrontier.com, serves as the primary booking hub for all passholders.

The airline first introduced a similar concept in 2022, but it was limited to domestic travel.
Virgin Voyages, a luxury cruise line, has also unveiled its annual pass, offering travellers unlimited cruises for a year. The package includes perks like unlimited Wi-Fi, event access, and $100 bar credit per voyage, giving passengers a taste of high-seas luxury.

Both Frontier Airlines and Virgin Voyages are betting big on the appeal of flexibility and affordability, aiming to attract a new generation of tourists eager to explore as travel rebounds post-pandemic.
