Poco F1 receives a fresh price cut in India

Poco F1 has received its second price cut in India. The smartphone launched in August last year got popular for offering premium specifications in the entry mid-budget category of smartphones.

Xiaomi sub-brand Poco took to Twitter to announce the price cut in India. The Poco F1 with 6GB + 128GB variant has received a price cut of Rs 2,000.

To recall, the Poco F1 was launched in India with three different storage options, namely 6GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB. The Poco F1 is currently the most affordable smartphone in India to have a Snapdragon 845 SoC onboard. With the high-end processor paired with 6GB + 128GB, the Poco F1 can be purchased for Rs 19,999 whereas the top-end 8GB + 256GB variant can be bought for Rs 27,999. The storage can be further expanded via microSD up to 256GB.

Other specifications include a 6.18-inch full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1080*2246 pixels and an 18.7:9 aspect ratio. It comes with an iPhone-like notch that houses the 20MP front camera for selfies. For photography, the Poco F1 comes with a dual-camera setup at the back. It has a 12MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary lens. It runs on Android 9.0 based MiUi 10 and has received the Widevine L1 certificate for streaming HD content on platforms like Netflix, Hotstar, etc. 

In terms of power backup, the Poco F1 comes loaded with a 4,000 mAh battery with 18W Quick charge 3.0 fast-charging support. It can be purchased from Mi’s official website,  Mi home stores, and Flipkart.
