Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s grand nuptials are all set to happen on July 12, 2024. Their pre-wedding celebrations are already on in full swing and will go on till March 3, 2024.

Extravagant would be an understatement when we talk about this lavish three-day pre wedding celebration that kicked off today at the Ambani family-owned refinery township of Jamnagar, in Gujarat.

Father of the groom, Mukesh Ambani, 66, is one of the biggest business tycoons in the world, with $262 billion to his name, and leads the conglomerate Reliance Industries Ltd. The wedding of his youngest son Anant Ambani definitely showcases the Reliance family’s massive growing clout not just in our country but across the world.

According to reports, their impressive guest list includes Meta Platforms Inc.’s Mark Zuckerberg, Microsoft Corp. Co-founder Bill Gates, BlackRock Inc. Co-founder Larry Fink, Alphabet Inc. Chief Executive Officer Sundar Pichai, Saudi Aramco’s chairman Yasir Al Rumayyan, Ivanka Trump, Rihanna, American illusionist David Blaine, Berkshire Hathaway Inc.’s Ajit Jain, James Murdoch and Blackstone Group Inc. founder Stephen Schwarzman, Morgan Stanley Chief Executive Officer Ted Pick and Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan are at the three-day extravaganza.

Some of the celebrity invitees have been ferried in on charter flights to Jamnagar, from New Delhi and Mumbai.

Anant Mukesh Ambani recently announced his passion project Vantara, which is a 3,000 acre animal rescue and rehabilitation centre - some of the pre-wedding guests will also be visiting Vantara. This centre is touted to house hundreds of elephants, crocodiles, tigers, lions and other rescued animals of different species.

This grand conservation center situated inside the Reliance Industries’ Jamnagar Refinery Complex, that is also called the Green Belt Of Gujarat, has state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, hospitals, research centers, and academic institutions that will help not just rescued animals from India but also the ones rescued from across the globe.
